Know what your points are really worth.
What every point you hold is really worth, and advice grounded in your wallet — not the internet's averages.
Three steps from a pile of points to a plan.
Type in the cards and balances you hold — about two minutes, by hand, no bank login needed. Every point gets a dollar value — sourced and dated — the moment it lands.
Start your wallet → ~2 minBuilt from your wallet, not the average person's: the best card you hold for every dollar you spend, and the number a redemption has to beat.

The one number card advice needs: ¢ back per $1.
A multiplier means nothing until you know what the point is worth. We multiply the two — for every card we track, in every category you spend in.

A "point" is not a point.
The word hides a 6× spread. One Aer Lingus Avio is worth six Hilton points — and a transfer sent to the wrong program can halve your balance's value in one tap.

Advice that knows what you hold.
Generic AI knows what cards exist. Ask P&P AI knows you have 60,000 Chase UR, an Amex Gold, and a trip to plan — and it shows its work.
Costco takes Visa only — your Amex Gold stays home.
Your best grocery earner (Amex Gold, 8.00¢/$1) isn't accepted, and Costco doesn't code as groceries anyway.
- Best Visa you hold: Chase Sapphire Reserve — 1x → 2.01¢/$1 at warehouse clubs.
- If the runs are frequent: the Citi Custom Cash (not in your wallet) would earn 5x → 11.55¢/$1 on your top category — capped at $500/mo.
Probably not — that move usually cuts your value roughly in half.
Your Chase Ultimate Rewards run about 2.01¢ each at typical redemption; Marriott Bonvoy points run about 0.93¢. And a transfer is one-way — once they land, they're Marriott points for good.
- Price the room in cash first: your 60,000 UR carry roughly $1,200 of typical value — the award has to beat that.
- Transfer only for a specific stay you've already priced, never to "top up" an account.
Amex Gold — the strongest dining earner you hold.
4x Membership Rewards × 2.00¢ typical = 8.00¢ back per $1 — about four times a flat 2% cash-back card.
- Runner-up in your wallet: Wells Fargo Autograph — 3x × 2.39¢ → 7.17¢/$1.
- Leave the Sapphire Reserve home tonight: 3x × 2.01¢ → 6.03¢/$1.
Close — your balance is worth about $1,200 of travel.
60,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards × 2.01¢ typical = about $1,206 of redemption value: enough for a well-priced round-trip fare, with little left over for the hotel.
- Put the points toward the flight, and pay the hotel with your best travel earner instead.
- Between now and March, every dining dollar on the Amex Gold adds 8.00¢ toward the gap.
Book all five nights on one reservation — the fifth is free.
Marriott's Stay for 5, Pay for 4 covers five consecutive nights at the same hotel for the price of four: 200,000 points instead of 250,000. That works out to 40,000 a night, about $372 at Bonvoy's typical 0.93¢.
- Four nights would cost the same 200,000. If the trip is close, stretch it to five rather than trim it to four.
- It applies automatically on a single booking of standard rooms, for every member. No Marriott card or elite status needed.

A budget that keeps itself current.
Connect a bank once and the nine monthly spending totals behind Points Strategy stay up to date on their own. It's optional — typing things in by hand stays fully supported, exactly as it works today.
Set it once, stay current
Sign in at your bank inside Plaid's secure window — the same connection your budgeting apps use. From then on, your monthly category totals refresh automatically.
Sharper answers everywhere
Real spend personalizes every ¢-per-$1 number on Points Strategy and grounds Ask P&P AI in your actual months — not guesses you typed in once and forgot.
A choice, not a requirement
Connect nothing and nothing changes — manual entry works exactly like it does now, and always will. Disconnect any time; the numbers already in your budget stay yours.
Nine totals. That's everything we keep. No merchants, no line items, no login — your bank talks to Plaid, and Plaid sends recent transactions to our server, we add them up into monthly category totals, and only those totals are kept.
Never your login
You sign in at your bank, inside Plaid's window. Your credentials never touch our servers — we couldn't store them if we wanted to.
Transactions aren’t stored
We keep nine monthly category totals — dining, groceries, travel, and so on. Individual purchases and merchant names are never stored.
Never required
Optional, start to finish. Manual entry stays a first-class way to use Points & Prompts. Disconnect any time from your wallet — one tap, and we tell you exactly what gets deleted.
